DR. ANDREW BM KOROMA

Executive Director

Dr. Andrew Baa-Musa Koroma serves as the Executive Director of NaFRA, bringing visionary leadership and extensive international experience to the organization. With a distinguished career spanning both the United States and Sierra Leone, he has held several senior leadership roles with Sight savers and other respected institutions, where he successfully led high impact programs and strengthened institutional performance.

Dr. Koroma is widely recognized for his strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and his ability to build and guide strong, mission driven teams. His leadership approach combines clear strategic direction with practical implementation, ensuring that ideas and policies translate into measurable results and sustainable outcomes.

HEAD OF ADMINI DEPARTMENT (Francess I. Blango)

Frances serves as the administrative manager at NaFRA, where she provides strong leadership and oversight for key administrative functions. She supervises the human resources officer, procurement processes, office assistants, security personnel, drivers, and other support staff, ensuring that administrative systems operate efficiently and effectively. With over seven years of experience in administration and organizational management, Frances brings practical expertise in office management, operational coordination, and institutional support services. Her role is central to maintaining smooth day to day operations and strengthening the internal systems that support the agency’s work.

HEAD OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS (Dominic J. Kamara, Ph.D.)

Dominic is the head of the corporate affairs unit at NaFRA. He provides strategic leadership oversight to the ICT Officer, Project Officer, and the M&E Officer in NaFRA. He is an experienced development professional with more than 15 years of service in humanitarian and development programming across emergency and long term contexts. His work spans several International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) in Sierra Leone and across West Africa, where he has contributed to the design, management, and delivery of impactful development initiatives. He brings strong expertise in project management, organizational development, corporate affairs management, strategic leadership, business development, monitoring and evaluation, research methodology, resource mobilization, fundraising, and economic development.

HEAD OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT (David Tamba-Sam)

David serves as the Head of the Finance Unit at NaFRA, where he provides strategic and technical leadership to the finance team and oversees the organization’s overall financial management systems. In this role, he is responsible for guiding financial planning, budgeting, and reporting and ensuring that the agency maintains strong accountability and transparency in the use of its resources. He plays a central role in developing and implementing sound financial policies, strengthening internal control systems, and ensuring full compliance with government regulations and donor requirements. David works closely with senior management to align financial strategies with organizational priorities, helping to ensure that resources are effectively allocated to support NaFRA’s mandate and operational goals.
